Our children's menu has always reflected parents' interest in
their children's
diets, and has a wide range of healthy options. Our
new
children's menu, launched today, offers the
choice of two new dishes:
St.Michael's Chilli Beef Nachos:
Corn tortilla chips topped with a spicy
beef chilli and soured cream
5oz Gammon Steak:
Grilled, and served with a fried egg or grilled
pineapple, chips and peas or beans
 Like
our St. Michael's
Tagliatelli, St. Michael's Chilli Beef Nachos has been
designed to help raise funds to support the education of local children.
Each
time you order one of our "St. Michael's" dishes, we will donate 50
pence to St. Michael's Primary School on your behalf.
All our children's meals are deliberately priced to be within a family's budget - in fact,
we've managed to hold last year's prices - and the
menu even offers cartoons like the one pictured here for your
children to colour while
their meals are cooked.
All this together with our
large beer garden and some sunny weekends make The Fox an ideal place
for a family meal this summer.
We like to stay ahead of
the field here at The Fox, and despite the fact that the summer holidays
have just arrived, we have published our Christmas Menu for 2007.
 You'll find some of our
most popular dishes available, as well as at least two dishes that are
brand new to The Fox.
As usual, we are making an
early-bird offer to anyone who books and confirms their celebrations
with us before 31 October - a free three-course meal for two next
January.

addition to our regular brands, we also offer Greene King's seasonal
ales, as well as guest ales from other brewers. Our next guest
ale will be Ruddles Hedgerow.
Brewed at
4.2% abv, Hedgerow is a proper English country ale with a hint of summer
hedgerow berries. Now all we need is the sunshine to go with it.
 With
the launch of or new, bigger
Children's Menu, we are
making an offer to families holding a Loyalty Card: buy one
child's meal off the new menu in August, and we'll give you
a second one free of charge.*
In addition, present
your Loyalty Card when ordering a main course from our
Dinner Menu before 7.30 on Monday
evenings, and we'll give you a £2.50 discount off the normal price.* Then, having enjoyed the
saving on dinner, why not stay on for our
Big Quiz and maybe take home a
pocketful of cash too? Go on, make an night of it on Monday
evening.
Joining the scheme is
easy: complete the very short application form
available from the bar, hand it to the bar staff, and you can begin
